1. Purpose and minimal collection
Account and academy administration, student profiles and links, assessments, coaching and subscriptions require separately defined purposes and fields. Names, ages, photos, links and assessment records may be personal data.
2. Retention, deletion and rights
Specify required and optional fields, lawful grounds, retention periods, deletion, access, correction and withdrawal procedures. Actual periods and the responsible privacy contact are not finalized.
3. Partners and international transfers
Identify actual recipients, processors, countries, data, purposes and retention periods. Obtain any required consent or establish another applicable lawful basis. Partner sharing must not be bundled as a condition of basic coaching.
4. Student and guardian checks
Academy checkboxes alone do not verify guardian consent. For children under 14, where Korean law requires consent for processing, verify legal guardian consent. Review local requirements and minors’ contract rights separately.
Scores and an agency agreement do not guarantee an audition, acceptance, a contract or debut.
No approved partners or open auditions are registered yet. Agency scope, duration, fees, termination and protections for minors must be agreed separately. Contract signing and data forwarding are not active.
