1. Student and guardian checks
Academy checkboxes alone do not verify guardian consent. For children under 14, where Korean law requires consent for processing, verify legal guardian consent. Review local requirements and minors’ contract rights separately.
2. Academy registration does not complete student or guardian consent. Sharing with an entertainment partner and an agency agreement are checked separately.
Identify actual recipients, processors, countries, data, purposes and retention periods. Obtain any required consent or establish another applicable lawful basis. Partner sharing must not be bundled as a condition of basic coaching.
3. Audition participation and costs
Participants pay for flights, accommodation, visas and local travel. Costs, cancellation terms and arrangements for minors must be explained before an invitation is confirmed.
Scores and an agency agreement do not guarantee an audition, acceptance, a contract or debut.
No approved partners or open auditions are registered yet. Agency scope, duration, fees, termination and protections for minors must be agreed separately. Contract signing and data forwarding are not active.
